I have noticed that as I move more into raw

foods, that I am more calm, my complexion is clearer.

The last 2 times I ate meat, I got very anxious. I

wonder if that was my problem in the past with anxiety

(meat). I am wondering if it is the scare factor from the

butchering of the animals. I have decided to go all the way

to vegetarianism and raw as much as possible. (I do

occasionally enjoy eating out and that usually doesn't include

all raw) I should introduce myself because I am

fairly new to this group. I am 54 years old, single and

looking!!ha ha. I am Reiki I certified and plan to go all the

way to Master/Teacher. Other interests are hiking and

backpacking, nutrition (of course), I really enjoy this group

and check in quite often to see what the discussions

are about.

Marlene

Dear Marlene,

Welcome to St Cloud,

Minnesota (is that how you spell it?). How exotic: you are

living on the other side of the earth and speaking with

such a lovely accent!

And eating more and more

raw. Kind of a raw Reiki. It rhymes. Rhyming, raw

Reiki. Can you roll your R's?

Can you do Reiki

throught the whole Earth? Well then, look down between

your feet and you are looking directly at me. Raise

your hands and give me a Reiki massage.

Yes,

yes I can feel it. I just want to go out and eat more

raw food. Must be raw Reiki.

Victor.
