Guest guest Posted June 30, 2001 Report Share Posted June 30, 2001 Poetry, they say, is emotion recollected in tranquillity.<br><br>And as I go through the emotional changes from eating raw, I find this useful.<br><br>As I experience strong emotion, I need to experience it fully. There is very little room for thinking.<br><br>And then I need to integrate the strong emotion into my life. So when the strong emotion is conplete, I think about the emotion. What does it mean? How does it change my view of myself and others? What action does it suggest?<br><br>It seems best to let strong emotion have its own life, to rise and fall; and then and only then, to think about it and discuss it with others; and then and only then, to make a judgement; and then and only then, to act.<br><br>I guess this is converting raw food into action.<br><br>Victor.
