Guest guest
Hi all!<br>I am new to this group and new to the raw foods lifestyle, so I was hoping someone could answer a few questions for me...I've heard rebounding mentioned before in conjunction with this lifestyle...How does this apply? What is the importance of rebounding? Is there anywhere I can find out more information about the link between raw foods and rebounding?<br>Thank you!!! Guest guest
Hello bluflax,<br><br>I rebound daily with a mini-trampoline. I don’t see it as having a direct connection with eating raw foods—it’s just another healthy thing to do. <br><br>If you do a search at <a href=http://www.altavista.com target=new>http://www.altavista.com</a> for “rebounder” you will find several links. <br><br>Here is one that gives 33 reasons to use a rebounder:<br><a href=http://www.healthbounce.com/33ways.htm target=new>http://www.healthbounce.com/33ways.htm</a><br><br>My primary reason for rebounding is to promote lymphatic circulation.<br><br>I used my rebounder for a while before I realized that I could do lots of different movements on it besides just jumping up and down. You can do jumping jacks, kicks, high knee lifts, twists, etc and get a good workout.<br><br>-OrionsDad

Guest guest
You can go to a search engine and type in rebounding (or rebounder) and get lots of info. I don't know if this link will work but I found this to be very informative <BLOCKED::http://www.healthbounce.com/march-newsletter.htm> http://www.healthbounce.com/march-newsletter.htm The first rebounder I bought was at a Sports shop and it was only $20......it was like jumping on cement and my shins started to ache after a short while. There wasn't much spring to it. Then I invested $200 for a Nedak and the difference is amazing. There are many different brands, just check them all out. .
