It tells what foods to eat together according to you blood type. I am an a+ so mine would be difrent from say an O+. But i will gladly share some of the a+ combinations with you.... Proteins Black beans, soy milk,tempeh,Pinto beans, soy cheese, organic eggs, lentils, turkey, white cheese, split peas, fish, yogurt, soy beans, salmon , tofu, avocado, these are good to combine with green and low-starch vegetables, but poor to combine with starches....... but it says it is good to combine starches with green and low starch vegtales... The starches are ... beets, millet, cooked carrots, quinoa, cereal/grains, acorn squash, parsnips, chestnuts, butternut squash, spelt , pumpkon, frozen peas, brown rice, ezekiel bread... the green low starch vegies are as follows... Portobello mushrooms, broccoli, brussels sprouts, raw carrots, alfalfa sprouts, onions , spinach, zucchini, fresh peas, trunips, watercress, lettuce, asparagus, string beans, sugar snap peas, garlic, escarole, fennel, cauliflower, snow peas, collard greens, kale, arugula, radicchio, cucumbers, kohlrabi, endive... now on fruits, it says eat watermelon alone, or any melons..... poor to combine, acid fruits with sub acid fruits... or poor to combine sub acid fruits with sweet fruits.... the acid fruits are lemons grapefruit, limes, strawberries, kiwis, pineapple, kumquats, cranberries, sub acid fruits are, plumbs, berries, pears, apricots, peaches , nectarines, apples, green grapes, cherries, the sweet fruits are..... fresh figs, fresh dates, sapote, grapes(purple, black) dried figs, purnes, raisins, persimmon. your fats and oil are walnuts, olive iol grapeseed oil, peanuts(in shell) soy, margarine, mayonnaise, raw almond butter, organic nut butter, canola margrine//// Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
