Guest guest
Wes; I think what you are going through is not so much hunger, but withdrawal from cooked food addiction. The best way I know to deal with this with that I know of is to eat lots of citrus fruits. The vitamin C in citrus will control cravings. Believe me, I know what you are going through. Here is a great site with tons of links many with recipes.
http://www.living-foods.com/links.html

Also check our links under " Our Pages " on the left side of your screen. When I started I realy got into recipes. They can be very tastey, lots of fun, (you can get really creative) and they will see you through the transition period that you are going through. Once you have transitioned though, nothing tasts better than just plain fruit, and a fresh green salad.

Right now; good luck, eat lots of citrus and have fun.

Doug
