That is an absolute fact...however, eating fruit without proper combination can make your digestive system fill up with toxic shit and that'll make you gain weight... My diet is at least 65% fresh raw fruit....i've lost tons of weight and gained tons of energy. My advice...go on half.com and get yourself some fruit books or go to rawfood.com...they have them too...but a lot more expensive. Also, invest in a food combination book so you know how to eat fruit...because while fruit is one of the most nurishing of foods...it's also one of the more trickier ones to consume...<br><br> Mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
