Guest guest
Enzymes in living foods actually digest 5 to 75 percent of the food itself without the help of the enzymes secreted by the body. I believe this shows that enzymes from our swollen, exausted, pancreas's were not entended to digest our food but merely to aid the digestion already begun by the plant enzymes. 1 out of 10 people in the United States have some degree of Diabeties. Estimates of the number of people in the United States with Hypoglycemia range from 5 million to 200 million, both pancreatic diseases. In my circle of friends, about 15 people, 3 are deathly ill, 2 have pancreatic cancer.

Blake; I admire you objectivity, but please weigh these issues not only with your mind, and in the libraries, but also in nature and in your heart.

" Cooking, by its very nature is the alteration of molecular structure, a rock-hard potato becomes soft after cooking.
