I have cravings for fish or meat or tofu

I went raw on January 10 of this year and after 6

weeks most symptoms of my chronic arthritis vanished.

But after meanwhile 3 months I crave for meat, fish

or tofu. Today I did eat a little bit of salmon and

it was like heaven! Does anybody have an idea how I

can avoid that? I eat a lot of greens and avocados,

use miso for my saladdressing (couldn't do it without

that).<br>miri
