When in actual fact more dairy will not help at all as calcium intake is not the problem the problem is a inactive lifestyle, animal product based lifestyle, diets high in salt and refined sugar and other dietary deficiencies/exesses! It's strange how people simplify things so much, eg " more calcium = stronger bones " . Dr Ruth a vegsource Dr claims that osteoporosis can be reversed through running and diet. They keep throwing all this protein propaganda at us.<br><br>We have to do an assignment about the healthfulness of common food 'products' advertised on TV.
