Guest guest
I had carrot beet, avocado and sprout salad for dinner yesterday. Then two or three hours later I had a date fig chocolate pudding (using carob powder and tahini), wild exotic smoothie (using a banana, cinnamon, dates and nutmeg), a cup of cashews, 1/4 cup of dates and one avocado. I ate all except the vegetable salad too close to bedtime, this morning I suffered from terrible indigestion, could it have been from a combination of eating before going to sleep and combining fruits, vegetables and nuts? I don't have a book on proper raw food combining, but I read somewhere that you should have mono meals, one kind of fruit for breakfast, one kind of vegetable or fruit for lunch and one kind of vegetable for dinner. And you shouldn't combine avocado and nuts or seeds either. Is all that true, or does that only apply to those who aren't 100% raw. I can do mono meals for breakfast and lunch, but not for dinner. I ate all those foods yesterday because I have to gain weight, I'm 110 and 5'7 and I quit menustrating a few months ago. I don't want to end up with osteoporosis at thirty-forty years old. I hope I get it back soon, because not having my period is abnormal.
