Ok, on the issue of b12 , lets do a simple survey

right here right now. <br><br>There are about 148

members on this list.<br>Lets all answer the following

survey. I will do the final tallies for us all to see.

you a vegan?<br><br><br>2) If so are you 100%

raw?<br><br>3) if so, for how many years 100% raw

vegan?<br><br>4) during this time of 100% raw veganism have you

ever had your b12 levels tested?<br><br>5) if so, what

was the number?<br><br>6) during this time of 100%

raw veganism have you ever had your MMA (methyl

malonic acid) and Hcy (homocysteine) levels

tested?<br><br>7) If so, what were the numbers?<br><br>8) If you

are 100% raw vegan, do you supplement your diet in

anyway (other then 100% whole natural unrefined,

unproccessed vegan food), and if so, with what and
