.......

& gt; In fact dare I say, it would

invalidate a large portion of your life.

Wouldnt do

antying to me, let alone invalidate anytihng. So, If it

turns out that I took some B12 supplements for short

period and was worng about it all, what did it

invalidate accept that minor action. But if we can help (not

scare) some people from making mistakes, then it is

worhtwhile. Maybe you should go to some of the other raw food

boeards and see how many have tested themselves and come

up defecient. or do you just want to write here and

throw daggers and me and ignore the

issues/

Remember the B12 issue is NOT a dietary issue, nor is a

slap towards the raw food diet. I dont have any

problem with anyone being 100% raw. Just test you b12

occassionally. s

& gt;
& gt; This goes far beyond a

simple debate of, if we should take B12 or not. All the

studies we have posted here, were done by cooked fooders,

APparently you dont take the time to read them. Several were

done on 100% raw fooders. And Several on 95-99% raw

fooders. But i guess in your idealistic world, they are

failures also.

& gt;trying to find something wrong

with the diet of raw vegans. Not the usual method of

starting with a sick person, and trying to diagnose the

problem.

A few were done by vegans and some by a

raw food guy who is actually out there tyring to

study this issue and has done and published about 12

studies on raw fooders.

But, I know how it is.

Like is said , I said the same thing you a re. You

know, its US and THEM, and they are all wrong, and

unless they live the 100% raw food diet, then why even

listen to them or trust them.

& gt; If we are

right, if raw food is the ultimate diet for optimum

health, (which can not be, if raw vegans need to

suppliment their diet)

See, you clealry show that you

are missing the point. It is NOT a dietary issue. It

is an environamental issue. THere can be a b12 issue

and not an issue with the diet. What if you had a kid

that was born without andy beta cells (happens all the

time in the US) and you raised them on a raw vegan

diet but they had no choice but to take insulin. Is

there need for insulin a failure of the raw food diet?

& gt; then the entire drug pushing, meat eating, blood

leting establishment, (which you are a part of) is

wrong.

I am not any part of the drug pushing

meat eating blood letting establishemnt. Cleary you

have no clue how I am or about me. And this world isnt

us and them. And it isnt always black and white and

right and wrong. THere are many shades of gray out

there. So, if anyone disagrees with you or in anyway

questions the raw food vegan diet then are they

autoimaytically a part of the drug pushing meat eating blood

letting establishemt?

Its like trying to have an

intelligent conversation with a bible thumbing baptist

preacher.

& gt; If I am wrong then the real world is wrong. We

did not evolve from vegan primates, and are some kind

of freak of nature, with no natural place in the

universe. Truly, a stranger in a strange land. Or that

every wild, raw vegan animal needs B12

supplements.

AGain, its not a dietary issue nor is it black and

white. I am sorry you choose to see the world like this.

It realy limits things and I only hope you have the

intelligence and where with all do become more openminded

before you run into any problem. DO you think you are

the first to go 100% on fire for the 100% raw vegan

diet? Of course not. So where are all the others who

started out like you? Where is this thriving community of

dynamically healthy raw food vegans livign in blissful

harmony?

& gt; Truly; The barbarians are inside the

gates.

As someone once said to one of the fire and

brimstone preachers, " I woudl rather go to hell with my

buddies, then be in heaven with you " :)

Jeff
