WHAAAAAT??? You hope I can make it THIS time??

Why I oughta!<br><br>Hey, I did alright last time.

Well, I didn't fulfill my goal but that's another

story. At least I did 4 days out of ten!!<br><br>This

time, there are no Holidays to get in my way and no

excuses! I really HAVE to do it or my health will be in

serious trouble, which it already seems to be. That

cancerous spot on my cheek I told you about looks terrible

after straying off the diet for so long. It's really

gotten to the point of me considering going to a

dermotologist but I don't wanna do that. I'll do that as a last

resort, but I really think it can be healed if I follow a

proper diet/lifestyle for any length of time. It's time

to stop messing around and get serious

again.<br><br>My boss said to me the other day after I was talking

about food, " I don't know why you're so concerned about

your diet, you're going to die of cancer

anyway. " <br><br>SAY WHAT??<br><br>At first I laughed then I got

angry. What a horrible thing to say to someone but I

realize he's from the old-school way of thinking. He's

had numerous skin cancers on his face and forehead

and had them all removed and is begging me to do the

same. I really do need to do something as it isn't

looking too good right now but that's because my diet has

been atrocious over these past few weeks. <br><br>I

plan on fasting for at least 5 days then going 100%

raw for as long as I can and if this thing on my

cheek doesn't look considerably better in a few months,

I'm heading in to have it removed.<br><br>God, help

me.
