Guest guest
I cited the results of several experiments on the cessation of menses, to show that this subject HAS been investigated.

I know that cessation of menses is not 'normal'. What I am trying to say is that raw vegans are not 'normal'. We are physiologicly different than people who live on cooked food. Cessation of menses is common, and common knowlege, among raw vegans. I agree with you that anyone needs to investigate the health problems that may be associated with any dietary change. The problem of menses Has been investigated, by raw foodists, some of which are medical doctors. Raw veganism, although it may be new to you, and me, is not a new idea, it has been around, and practised for hundreds of years, and there is a tremendous amount of literature out there on it.

I did not say that raw vegans were skinny, (I am the same weight I was before I became raw) but, Have you ever seen an over weight raw vegan, or an over weight wild animal?

Doug
