Chris, being a strict vegan as I know you are,

this probably won't appeal to you but I recently

started adding a few raw eggs a week to my diet. I add it

to my fruit smoothie in the morning. I only use

" free range " eggs from naturally fed hens. My bro also

has a couple of hens and he gives me some of their

eggs. I read that eggs have Vitamin B12 in them and I

won't eat animal flesh and I'd rather not take a pill

and I don't have a problem with eating eggs from

healthy, happy hens.

As far as vitamin D goes, the

sun is the best source. I know it's not often sunny

where you live but even on cloudy days, there is

sunrays out there, even though it doesn't seem like it.

I'm not saying to walk arond in your skivvies in the

dead of winter, brrrr..... but do get some skin

exposed to the sunrays :-)
