Guest guest
Well actually, I think some of the folks who've been raw for longer than I have could better answer that question but this is my experience after 2.5 months:

I notice I sleep more deeply and soundly. I think that may be from not digesting all night long anymore. I never liked to eat right before bedtime but some cooked meals can take 8+ hours to digest. Also, I seem to have more patience these days. I'd still consider myself as impatient, but it's getting some better. My hair is growing faster and looks healthier. I lost 13 pounds so far and my skin seems to be improving more too. I'm hoping to get rid of a small patch of skin cancer and it's looking better and better. All this is a slow process and I didn't notice any big changes overnight. It all comes with time and perseverance.

You may feel worse before you feel better as you go thru the detox process. This can take months but you'll feel better as time goes by. I felt extremely tired for the first few weeks but now have a good amount of energy most of the time with an occasional 'tired' day.

Keep on keepin on!
