Guest guest Posted December 3, 2000 Report Share Posted December 3, 2000 Chris;
I know you don't have to worry about all the other B vitamins. B 12 is addressed in the latest issue of Just Eat An Apple magazine, let me quote " This issue is best addressed in David Wolfe's book " The Sunfood Diet Success System. " All B12 in all creatures is created by bacteria. The major factor in Vitamin B12 creation and absorption is a proper balance of intestinal flora throughout the digestive system. Good flora means a healthy combination of soil-based organisms and probiotic bacteria. These are elements that are difficult to get from food, especially if one is already low in good flora. to address this issue, Natrue's First Law has released Nature's First Food. an all-raw organic powder of superfoods combined with 35 probiotics and over 100 soilbased organisms, making it by for the most powerful probiotic formulation ever developed. Ann Wigmore said she had out lived all the doctors that said she needed more B12. In Survival into the 21st Century, Victoras says " Putrefactive bacteria destroy friendly bacteria thus inhibiting synthesis of vitamin B12. Putrefaction in the intestine is caused by ingesting cooked animal protein, bad food combining, overeating of any concentrated protein food, chemical additives and medicine. If you can grow your own food, eat it unwashed.

I hope this helps; Doug Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
