Guest guest
Hi Chris,
I read your experience, a typical rawfoodist beginner. You crave not because raw food is unsufficient but because you eat still the same. According your cravigns I guess you ate predominately green-leaf salads, carrot, celery or so, right? Unfortunatly, we, as modern human beings, lost the sense to choose the right food. We choose our food because of some reason except of our inner feeling. We lost our ability to read those feelings. Don't panic, you can acquire the skill back again by learning, listening your body and proper balancing your food. It'll come back itself. For understanding of balancing I suggest to read " Eco Eating " by Sapoty Brook. The book is a must simply for every rawfoodist. Perhaps helpful could be also " Conscious Eating " by Dr. Gabriel Cousens. Try to rplace nuts with a cold pressed virgin oil, it's esier to digest. One of the best is flaxseed oil, richest in Omega-3 fat acid. Reffer to " Fat That Heals, Fat That Kills " .
Tom
