Why wait intil 2004 to hand out one piece of fresh fruit on a daily basis? That is ridiculous in my eyes. Sorry, I'm the overly-opinionated one here, as you well know :-)

And what about the kids that aren't between 4-6 years old? What do they get? An old worn out shoe to chew on? It amazes me that the government, whether it be AMerican or English, thinks they're doing the public such a big favor by implementing such a small step is astounding. And why wait til 2004 to do this? What's wrong with tomotrrow?

Sorry, I just don't get it. They make it try to sound like they're doing such a noble thing when they rally aren't at all.
