The biggest wall I thought I'd hit when going all

raw, was salad dressing. What do we do for salad

dressing???

This is what I do: take 1/2 avocado, 1/2 tomato, 1/4

cucumber, 1 clove garlic and 1/2 jalapeno pepper, chunk of

red bell pepper and throw it all in a blender. You

can add water with a pinch of sea salt to bring it to

the desired consistency, but I use the juice from a

bottle (or can?) of olives instead.

You can vary

the ingredients to your own liking, like adding

more/less cucumber or garlic, etc. SOmetimes I'll throw in

some fresh basil too. I'm gonna try cilantro in there

next! This is a pretty darn good dressing and it's all

raw, all fresh and all organic.

The above

ingredients make enough dressing for 2-4 salads, depending on

their size. You can certainly double the recipe to make

more but I like to make a little at a time so I know

it's always fresh. You can experiment and add whatever

veggies you want. Oh yeah, you can add a little raw,

organic oil to make it creamier. I use Udo's blended oil.

It's expensive but it's supposed to be the

STUFF!

If you try this recipe, I hope you like it!!

Thanks, I will try that. I've been about 90% raw

for the past week.

Still working on new

things to eat.

Raven
PS What are you going to

do on Thanksgiving? I dont want to make a big deal

about it, so I'll be 50% or so...
