Guest guest
So sorry to hear abour your dog. That should have never happened. I've heard countless horror stories about how airlines 'mis'treat their animal passengers. They don't always give them enough (or any) water and it does get hot down there. That's such a shame. I would hold the airline personally responsible and make them pay. (that's just me)

Anyway, I'm glad you're back. Here's what I generally eat everyday: I always eat fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch and either more fruit or another salad for dinner. If I get hungry between meals, I'll eat some raw nuts. My salads are never boring. I use romaine, spinach, grated zucchini, onions, sunflower sprouts, olives and tomatoes, or whatever veggies I have in the fridge at the time. I make my own dressing which consists of avocado, tomato, garlic, cucumber and red pepper all blended together with a little water and a pinch of sea salt. It's really good. I hope you get that book soon!
Guest guest
HI Ladybugg:

Thanks for the detailed reply, that's exactly what I was looking for. I really need to figure out how to implement this on a daily basis. I'm still waiting for Barnes & Noble to call with the Sunfood book.

Raven
