Greetings!<br><br>I'm just starting to switch

over to raw food. I've been putting it off, looking

for recipe books and such and not finding much that I

liked. About a week and a half ago, however, I got a

copy of David Wolfe's Sunfood Diet book and have

really enjoyed reading it. I went to the farmers market

on Sat morning and just filled up a couple of bags

and started in without any specific recipes. I like

the simplicity of his three food groups. <br><br>One

thing I noticed right away is that I can't eat as much

raw food as I was eating cooked food. I thought I'd

bought enough for three, maybe four days. Now I'm

wondering if I'll eat it all by next Saturday! Anyone else

have this happen? Is it temporary or do you generally

just eat less if it's raw?<br><br>Wakar
