Guest guest
That's how good I feel from my diet.

The key to overcoming raw-food cravings is to add all the elements of the raw-food diet, while merely cutting back on the cooked food. Once you've tried out enough new food-items to pick those you will eat regularly and make a complete diet of it, start having 100% raw days.

Then eliminate the cooked food items one by one, starting with the highest temperature (fried), then the next (baking & roasting), then boiled, then steamed. Get them out of the house and out of your life. Try NO new cooked foods.

Its my opinion that at 90% raw you will just break even and no new poison will be added to your body. Once you get used to that, have more 100% days and be ready for some body-cleanout effects, especially cravings. Just think of how you will be bad TOMORROW, just not now. DON'T think about how you will never have cooked food again, just how you will have it tomorrow (which never comes, Ha-Ha).
