Guest guest
I found an enzyme tablet at my Health food store that contains amylase but in comes in the form of Pancreatin. (pancreatic digestive secretions made from slaughterhouse animals) This amylase WILL NOT WORK, because pancreatin and the enzymes contained in it are alkaline pH, and will not survive the acid in the stomach. It has to be a plant source amylase enzyme. I didn't find any in my health food store, but you may be able to order it, tell them it is distributed by; Rainbow Light, and are called " Advanced Enzyme System 120s " .
http://www.rainbowlightdirect.com/products.asp#3
This page will show you the formula. You can also get amylase from raw germenated wheat berries.

Sorry can't help with the fungus right now but I will keep looking.

Doug

Guest guest
Bananas, Mangos, and Avocados are all starchy and must contain amylase. I also found out that when they extract amylase they take it from buckwheat seeds which must be pretty high in amylase.

Doug
