Dee;<br> I cut my message short yesterday, back

again. When I was first going through cooked food

withdrawal I had the same cravings. I tried to think what I

was actually craving, for instance bacon, might be

fat and/or protein, so I would attack an Avocado or

raw nuts. Something sweet, fruits, etc. As for curry,

God I love curry too. I have a recept for raw curry,

its pretty involved, but if you want it, let me know,

I'll post it.<br><br>Doug

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to

help, I still find it very touching that people I've

never met before will go to so much trouble for me.

board I've gone into 'nothing-else-will-do' mode.....so
