Guest guest
Juicy fruits have enough water that you don't need to drink any. But if you happened to drink water with a lot of cholera (as was common in the 19th century), would a raw foodist be less susceptible than a toxemic FUDE-eater? I know there are no experiments available, but just how much general disease protection can I anticipate from my virtuous diet? I'm into my 8th month of raw, and I eat my own weight in raw food (mostly fruit) each month, so I suppose most of the old junk is cleaned out. I'm sure I'll never get colds or flu, and I would hope that any small incipient cancers (I had one removed from my back two years ago) have all remitted. Heck, I just like hearing good news, such as the Gerson Clinic curing people with my diet, so everybody post more.
