Guest guest
I came accross something of intrest in " Living Foods for Optimum Health " by Brian R. Clement. He states on page 23; " Wheatgrass, for example (a staple of the Hippocrates diet) is largely chlorophll and contains all the essential amino acids; it is a rich source of vitamins A and D and is exceptionally high in B vitamins. It is also rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, sulfur, sodium, cobalt and zinc.
wheatgrass juice, together with organically grown, living, fresh produce is the naturally enriched nourishment our bodies were created to enjoy. " I think I found our missing B vitamins.

Doug
