Guest guest
Well I'm kinda talking out of my hat here,( I don't have the facts in front of me ) but I remember reading somewhere that one of the big functions of B-vitamins is, the liver uses it to neutralize toxins. So living foodists should need less. There was this pretty famous lady ( I don't remember her name ) I believe she was killed in a car crash in her 80s. Anyway she was vegan and said she had outlived all her docters that told her she was B-vitamin deficient. I'm sorry this is so vague, but its the best I can do. Also, all my life I have had a stutter, ( speech impairment ) I found out in my 20s, I could correct it completly by taking B-vitamins. Every time I would run out, the stutter would come back. About 2 weeks after I went on living foods I stopped taking B-vitamins, and to this day the stutter is gone.

I don't believe any raw vegitarian animal would be getting much B either. In fact one of the words I used to stutter on was words that started with BBBBBBBBBBB oops there it is again.

Doug
