Hello to all and peace....<br>Hi Jaminie I just

joined this club myself!<br>I've been a vegetarian for

life as have my anscestors.....<br>Of course I think

its time to take the next leap of faith...<br>I'm

also a 70/30 raw!<br>Hope to keep my head on level as

I establish what my body needs...<br>I've found

interesting discussions on the b-12 <br>dilemma.....any

thoughts anyone....<br>It seems to be a beneficial vitamen

thats hard to get in the vegan diet...<br>Ok,<br>Talk

Hey singhlion how've you been? As for switching

to the raw food lifestyle I know you can do it if

you really put your heart into giving what your body

really craves, and that is healthy, non processed,

natural foods:)<br> As for vitamin B-12, I take spirulia

which is a type of alge that is a complete protein and

has a good supply of B-12.It is a great vegetarian

source for that vitamin and protein. Also I drink

Edensoy which has a good supply of B-12 from the veggie

kingdom as well. I know Edensoy is not nessesary a raw

food but I believe soy is very healthy for you and I

will always incorporate it in my diet since it is a

good sourse of protien, B-12 and other vitamins:)<br>

So it is really hard to be deficiant in B-12 even if

you are a vegetarian:) <br> I wish you well and that

you will always be full of happiness, joy and

Hi Jamie,<br>Thanks for the info......<br>Its

nice to know there's others that are not " fanatic "

about the vegan diet and can incorporate the right mix

to keep us as healthy as possible!!<br>by the way

have you read any of the essene literature?<br>its a
