Guest guest
njoy a hot meal at the end of the day during the cold winter months. I was working outside today (40 degrees F)and I wasn't cold in the least. The cold just didn't bother me today but normally it would.

I've heard twice now that after about one year on a strict raw food diet the person starts to feel colder than normal. Not sure why that is. Perhaps it has something to do with one's metabolism. Have to confirm that with reading or personal experiences from others.

I now have about six raw food books on my buy list. Perhaps one of them will shed some light on the subject.

-OrionsDad
