ake a look at my post #14 on enzyme inhibitors. Raw

sweet potato is on the list. I'm not saying you should

never eat sweet potato raw but I don't think you want

to do it very often.<br><br>Also, I got to tell you.

Try soaking those raisins overnight. They plump up

and test delicious. I think the soaking predigests

them. You can also drink the soaking water -- tastes

like apple juice to me.
