Guest guest Posted November 21, 1998 Report Share Posted November 21, 1998 his in response to OrionsDad's post about 100% raw vs. part raw/part cooked.<br><br>I find that particularly in the fall and winter months, hot foods--soups in particular--seem to satisfy me (emotionally???) better than an all-raw diet would. I'm getting into the habit of making a huge pot of vegetarian stew on Sunday afternoons, that will pretty much be my main food during the week. I accompany each serving of soup, though, with an enormous green salad, and I still eat my raw fruits for breakfast, sometimes with a little yogurt; and my raw veggies between meals as snacks.<br><br>MMMurcy, getting to like this place Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
