I'll ditto all that and more.<br><br>Cooked food may be addictive but I think that it is more pschological then physical. It just doesn't " seem " right to not eat cooked food at every meal, just like it doesn't " seem " right to not eat meat at every meal like so many do. But you've seen the changes in you body which tell you differently. It is right and your body is thanking you for the change. You are finally giving to your body what it really wants -- unadulterated foods in their natural state full of vitimins, minerals and live enzymes. Expect your body to feel better as you continue on this new diet.<br><br>I think the " withdrawal " symptoms you had was your body throwing off the toxins it had accumulated over many years. It expells these toxins through your breath, urine, bowels and skin. The toxins are released from your liver, intestines and fat. Getting a headache is very common. It makes you feel sick and people often are confused and think it is the raw food that is making them feel sick so they go back to the cooked food. Then they tell people how sick they felt on raw food and discourage others from trying it. All one has to do is go through this detox period -- read books on the subject, read newsletters or talk to others for support. I know it is a good idea to drink lots of pure water when detoxing. <br><br>It IS TRUELY AMAZING that such a simple diet can make such a big difference in one's health, isn't it? In the past I was loading up on all kinds of supplements thinking I was missing or not getting the right one. It was a quick way to the poor house. Now I don't take any supplements at all! All the money I spent on supplements go into buying the freshest, organic raw fruits and vegetables that I can find. WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT HAS MADE. <br><br>Shortus: Don't forget to get some REGULAR EXERCISE!
