Quite often, it is these owners that leave fresh litters in public places or give the pups out in adoption to irresponsible owners who allow them to breed and perpetuate the problem. Have you considered ear-notching (instead of or in addition to tattooing) to make the spayed ones more visible? Please contact Bob Blumberg for feed-back on this.
