Guest guest
Friday September 9, 2005 The Star Taman Tun folks at wits end over crow, swallow invasion BIRDS of a feather defecate together, and that has given residents of Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur a headache, Kosmo! reported. Any car parked in the area is certain to be splattered by swallow and crow droppings, and this has been a problem since the 1960s when their colonies increased in numbers. Nothing is spared. Roads, cars, pavements, bus stops, advertisement boards and corridors are all targets. What worries residents is that the droppings can corrode and cause rust if not immediately removed. Although several efforts had been made by the authorities to cull the crows, it yielded no long-term results, as the crows would just return to the area..
