Guest guest
Dear Friends of the Orangutan, Please consider being part of a worldwide protest to repatriate the orangutans still illegally held in Thailand. We need people to contact their local Thai embassy and/or peacefully protest at the premises of their Thai embassy to draw attention to this case. I will forward more details as they come to me from Femke. In the meantime, please read her poignant article in the Jakarta Post today at http://www.thejakartapost.com/detailfeatures.asp?fileid=20050705.P01 Many thanks for your continued support, Michelle Michelle Desilets Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation UK " Primates Helping Primates " www.savetheorangutan.org.uk www.savetheorangutan.info Please sign our petition to rescue over 100 smuggled orangutans in Thailand: http://www.thePetitionSite.com/takeaction/822035733 >Femke den Haas <guineachimps >info >Thailand case >Tue, 5 Jul 2005 08:08:07 -0700 (PDT) > >Dear Michelle, > >I hope that I can speak to you soon, I am leaving to >Holland within three days..i hope that BOS UK is able >to organise a demo at the embassy on the day of the >arrival of the Indonesian president in Thailand.
