Guest guest
Dear Sir/Madam; We are a new born team and we intend to establish NGO in Armenia with a strict purpose: to save animals in Armenia and protect their rights. It will be opened by us as an act against this nowadays cruel society, which doesn't accept our wonderful nature as a source of our and future generation's life. Armenia is a small country in Caucasus, which is independent since 1993. Due to this hard way of transition, economical situation in country was and is very changeable and people here fond of material well being and have forgotten about a lot of spiritual things. Previously existed good condition of our wild and animals' world turned into present terrible situation, where people destroy everything on their way including animals. Animals are the most vulnerable part of our society where they don't have any place and rights. Our mission is: * End cruelty and restore respect for animals in Armenia. * Educate public that animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment. * Educate public about animal abuse and promotes an understanding of the right of all animals to be treated with respect. * Shut-down of a laboratory where animals are shot * Stop the use of cats and dogs in all wound laboratories. * Stop policy to eliminate street dogs and cats, which was accepted recently. * Open a shelter for street animals and even help national Zoo to save/protect/provide with all necessary attention to animals living there (they live in very terrible conditions and it is even hard to call the place they live as a Zoo). The purpose of this letter is to get any advice, support from experienced organization like you. We are glad to have open discussion for further details information including pictures and statistics. Let's protect animals from the total elimination and save their rights in this cruel world. Best Regards Yervand Shlepchyan 90 G.
