Keo Sim, prosecutor of Koh Kong provincial court, said that Yor Ngon and a 30-year-old man who was driving him on a motorbike have been charged after being caught red-handed. & #147;Both men were charged on April 6 with exploitation of rare wildlife, & #148; he said. Keo Sim said Yor Ngon was well-known for poaching in the provinces of Koh Kong, Pursat and Stung Treng. According to environmental organisation WildAid, Yor Ngon was travelling from western Pursat province on a motorbike & #147;loaded with 25 bear claws, 9 wild boar canines, 82 bear nails and 15 turtle & #039;s plastrons & #148;.
