Guest guest Posted March 16, 2005 Report Share Posted March 16, 2005 Dear Friends, Can anyone send me the guidelines/regulations on pet shops in your state/country as Malaysia is in need of laws to regulate the pet shop trade which is doing a thriving business at the suffering of the animals. What can be done to curb commercial breeders, backyard breeders and puppy mills? Our pet shops do not only sell animals from hamsters to rabbits but include birds, aquarium fish and wildlife species.
