Fall is definitely arriving here in Vermont... As you know, Animals Asia is involved with restoring respect and protecting ALL animals in Asia, and to this end, we are currently encouraging supporters to write letters to the Chinese government to stop an extremely cruel bullfight from taking place in Shanghai in October. On our home page (www.animalsasia.org <http://www.animalsasia.org> ), there is a button on the right that will take you to the 'stop bullfight in Shanghai' page, and there you will find a sample letter with more information. If you have a moment, please politely let Chinese officials know that bullfighting is terribly inhumane and urge officials to cancel the event. I know that many of you are involved in so many different animal groups and issues, among other things, so as always, thanks so much for taking the time to read these alerts and for making a difference! I send them again with a space before and after the @. It is important to have the option to send as individuals, or small groups as well as part of a big organisation (like AAF).
