Dear Patricia:

 

Ending dog fighting requires that laws prohibiting it be

passed where they do not exist now, and where laws against it

already exist, animal welfare people must force law enforcement

authorities to get serious about enforcing the law and prosecuting

dog fighters and those who attend dogfights.
