Guest guest
Announcing sponsorship opportunities for soon-to-be-released rock album! Dear International Animal Lover, I am writing today to let you know about an exciting opportunity to advertise your business as well as to help the animal welfare situation in Nepal. Many animal lovers here in Nepal have donated time, money, and materials to produce Rock n' Bark, a compilation of original nepali music not available anywhere else on CD. The CD is right now in the studio, and being prepared for production and then distribution to the local and international markets. 40% of sales of this CD will go directly into current and new programs that better the health and well-being of animals living here in Nepal: shelter, animal welfare education programs, stop-the-monkey-export campaign, etc.. We are currently looking for sponsors that will be listed on all printed materials for the album: poster, CD jacket and back cover, website, etc.. We are asking for a donation of 5000|nrs (70$ USD) for a small business card-sized logo advert. The money will be used to cover our printing costs. The CD is scheduled for release on May 8th, when there will be a benefit concert at Moskh Bar in Kathmandu. Many of the bands featured on the CD will be performing, including 1974ad. The CD will also be on sale via the website and local CD shops in Nepal after that. So please consider sponsorship by visiting our website and making a donation: <http://www.animalnepal.org/Projects_CDs.htm>http://www.animalnepal.org/Projects\ _CDs.htm Rock n' Bark FAQs * Why help animals in Nepal when so many humans need help there right now? This is great question, and we here at animalNepal.org have pondered this extensively. The short answer is this: by helping animals we are helping all beings in the country. For example, by teaching school children to respect street animals instead of kicking/beating/abusing them we are teaching children to respect the rights of all living things. * Is Rock n' Bark a commercial venture? Yes and no. Our distributor, Samjhana Audio and Video (P) LTD of Nepal is a commercial music and video producer with experience producing CDs and Videos for charitable causes. They will refund 40% of sales from the CD to animalNepal.org. No performers are being paid. Artists have all generously donated their music and studio time in the preparation of this CD. Studio Acoustica has donated countless hours of studio time to help with this project. * Are there other ways to help animalNepal and it's mission? Yes, once released in May this album will be available for purchase online. 100% of online sales will go directly to our organization (limited copies will be available.) Albums sold online will be autographed by the artists and be collector's items for sure! Please see our website in May for more details and online order form. Thank you so much for you kind considerations, jiggy JiggyMutt, ChairDog <http://www.animalnepal.org/>animalNEPAL.org
