Guest guest
The following was emailed to me this afternoon. Dr. Kevin Lazarus was allegedly one of the principles involved in the Taiping 4 gorilla smuggling case and he's still on the job, amazingly enough, with more money being spent to " improve " the zoo while no one takes responsibilty for the slaughter of countless gorillas to get the 4 gorillas to Taiping, where they remain in limbo as of October 2003. The director of the Ibadan Zoo was fired and is under investigation, as Nigeria tackles inside corruption. When will Malaysia catch up? Sigh.
