Guest guest
Hamilton\Burlington SPCA Animal Protection Agents Assisted by Hamilton Police Services Execute a Search Warrant on King Street East. For Immediate Release: September 29, 2003 Hamilton, Ontario: Hamilton\Burlington SPCA Animal Protection Agents Vivian Laflamme and Alison Klodnicki assisted by Hamilton Police Services executed a search warrant at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon at a residential address on King Street East in Hamilton. The search warrant was issued to search for a cat whose owner had failed to comply with an Ontario SPCA Order to have the cat brought to a veterinarian for medical care, now believed to be in distress. At the time of the execution of the search warrant, Hamilton\Burlington SPCA Animal Protection Agents were permitted entry into the residence by someone other than the owner of the cat, who was not present. During a search of the residence, the cat was not found. Hamilton\Burlington SPCA Animal Protection Agents have given the owner 24 hours to contact them, and if they fail to do so, another warrant will be executed in this case. Thank you for your continued support.
