Russian Seal Pup Cull Protest

 

With Prseident Putin visiting the Uk this week, a demonstration has been

arranged opposite Downing Street to draw attention to the continuing annual

slaughter of baby Harp Seals by the Russian Government. Around 40,000 pups

are murdered every year in the White Sea region of Russia; clubbed to death

at the ages of 9 to 12 days old for 'Commercial' purposes only.

 

Tuesday 24th June.

Time: 11 am till 4 pm

Location: Opposite Downing Street
