TITLE: PHILIPPINES DOG SHAME! HORROR OF ILLEGAL DOG TRADE

SUMMARY: Dogs are being subjected to the most incredibly inhumane treatment

while being slaughtered for human consumption in the Philippines. This is

despite an Animal Welfare Act being passed in 1998.
