People Against Cruelty in Animal Transport said yesterday it was concerned about the comments reported in The West Australian (newspaper) on Monday. PACAT vice-president Bill Moffat said that members were previously given the impression Mr Chance was horrified by the number of deaths in the sheep export industry.
