The closing dates would be 16th of August.Any body who want more details can contact the Municipal veterinary surgeon . The Money used for WSPA conference which was held on 7th of September 2002 was wasted It would have been better if that money was used for sterilization programmes .Mr Trevor Wheeler and Champa all the animals became victims and losers as you have allowed this to happen.How can you do such a thing for animals of Sri Lanka?You have protected and helped Dr Harischandra .Now you have to reverse that.
