Hi,

I agree with John, Humane legislation to protect animals

and education and the formulation of Humane slaughter laws

(if we cannot convince everyone to be vegetarian) are most necessary

in China and Asia and elsewhere rather than nuking those we think are guilty

of

extreme cruelty to animals.

There is cruelty of the grossest king in every country. I have heard

some meat animals are skinned alive in USA meatworks as well as

meatworks/abattoirs in other countries.

Cattle are no different to dogs and cats. They have a central nervous

system and the ability to suffer just like us (in fact some people say some

animal species may suffer more than us because of their complex nervous

systems, extra senses and different bodies).

Today I just passed another load of sheep on a multi-tiered truck destined

for

Fremantle port in Western Australia. They will be sent to sea on mostly old

ships

(the ships of shame), fed pelleted food, and

some will die on the cramped journey to some muslim country where they will

die shocking deaths from ritual slaughter.

It is days like these I am ashamed to be a human being.

Maybe it would be better if we humans were all nuked by a species-specific

biowarfare agent and that we leave what is left of this lovely planet to the

animals.

Animals on the whole are so much less nasty than humans.

Kind regards,

Marguerite
