Where do you people get off?

I have absolutely no understanding

why you would publish a photograph of a beautiful horse falling over a

steeple-chase fence and breaking its neck. (TST, June 23rd). I am only

guessing that's what your story said because, after seeing these photos, it

wasn't possible for me to read the article.

 

This isn't the first time photos like these have been published. Another

time that comes to mind is when Wayfarer misjudged a jump and broke his

neck. Your paper showed a photo

of him crashing into a fence. Why not print a memorial photo of the amazing

creatures

they were instead of one of them dying?
